Comments:	York's Wild Kingdom is a family-oriented Zoo and amusement park centrally located in York Beach. Surrounded by beautiful forest and natural wetlands, the Zoo is situated on 25 acres that have been set aside for the preservation of ecology. The amusement park sits adjacent to the quaint shops and restaurants for which downtown York is famous. The Ferris wheel offers a uniquely memorable view of the ocean waves and sandy beaches. It includes 75 beautifully landscaped animal exhibits, 18 rides, five food and ice cream stands, and two gift shops. <p> Once you go outside to get the pennies you're inside the Zoo which charges admission at the main gate. Since we only stepped out of the gift shop to squish the pennies and walked back into the gift shop, we did not have to pay the admission.<p> July 16, 2011 Machine is working fine. It's located at the gift shop, which is to the right of the admission entrance (a pair of towers with an arch.) Go through the shop to the back entrance and the machine is to the left of the door.
