After not finding the place 24 March 2018 I looked online and Google maps has it listed it permanently closed.

10/11/2020: Machine moved to Decades of Wheels Car Museum in Baxter Springs.

Designs are:
1) Shape of Kansas w/ Kansas Route 66 Shield on back.
2) Vintage Car "Cruzin Route 66" w/ Route 66 Shield on back.
3) Vintage Motorcycle "The Mother Road" w/ Kansas Route 66 Shield on back.
4) Historic Rainbow Bridge w/ Kansas Route 66 Shield on back.
