Visit the Lewis & Clark Boat House and Museum in historic St. Charles, Missouri. Explore the legacy of Lewis and Clark and their momentous journey in search of the fabled “all-water route” to the Pacific that began on the Missouri river banks. The Museum is an educational attraction and unique historic destination. The facility includes the Boat House, which houses a replica Keelboat and pirogues. The boats often appear with a living history group, the Lewis & Clark Discovery Expedition of St. Charles, Missouri. Re-enactors provide living history demonstrations, historical event appearances and re-create the original expedition with these highly unique boats.

12/30/2023 The penny machine is covered under a drop cloth. The pre-pressed penny in a cardboard case is in a basket in the gift shop. I dug through all the pennies until I found one on a 95% copper pre-1982 penny. The penny was well centered with an excellent image. MWHTH
