The machine is located in the gift shop in the West Lobby of the hotel. The company installing the machines in Macao is https://www.redirectlimited.com.

The machine uses preloaded tokens. The cost is 20 MOP (20 Pataca). You can pay using 4 x 5 MOP coins or 10 MOP & 20 MOP notes. The machine also accepts Hongkong Dollar notes (10 & 20 HKD) AND Chinese Yuan notes (10 & 20 RMB).

29/8/26: There’s 2 of the same exact machine. One is located at the west lobby entrance, and the other one is situated on the side of the canal. Works fine.
