The machine is in the back of the park where cotton candy is sold. Designs are:
1) Man on snow sled with dog pulling,
2) Alaskan snow boot,
3) Image of Alaska.

6/24/19 Website is still active, Email is not active. Can't find a phone number. Seems to have reviews up until 2018.

10/21/2020: Scan added GSY (Thanks CG)

6/07/26 machine is still in the same location and works fine. The park is run by a minister and his wife. They are very friendly people.
