Both machines cost R$ 9 and have the same designs. You need to buy a tolkien at the gift shops so you can use the machine. You can exchange a repeated design inside the gift shops with the workers.

Machine 1 is located in the Gift Shop that is right beside the ticket booth and in front of the bus drop off.

Machine 2 is located at the gift shop where there is a bus stop and you can see much of the dam.
