8/25/22: Went looking for the machine. Employee said it was removed.
Gift Shop at Glen Cove. This gift shop is in a historic structure midway up the Peak at 11,450 feet. Shop for gifts, have a snack and enjoy the scenery. Look carefully -- you may see yellow bellied marmots and bighorn sheep among the rocks.
The café and gift shop are open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from mid-April to mid-June and late August to late October. Summer hours (from mid-June to late August) are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
