3/28/13 The machine has been removed and there are no plans to get another one.
The gift shop is to the left of the ticket booths and opens at 8am (the bay is open from 6am). You do not need to pay the $7.50 admission to access the machine.
Parking is $1 but you can get a refund if you are there less than 15 minutes. You should get there early as the parking lot fills up quickly.
Machine was located just inside the gift shop. Designs were:
1) Image of Bay,
2) Parrotfish (Uhu),
3) Triggerfish (Humuhumunukunukuapua'a-Hawaii State Fish),
4) Turtle (Honu).
