Kahului Airport is the primary airport on the island of Maui and receives both overseas and interisland flights. On Maui you’ll find beautiful beaches, exciting water sports, Haleakala Crater, the old whaling town of Lahaina, blue skies, great dining and the Aloha spirit.
Hours of operation: Daily when flights are in operation.
Admission: You must be a ticketed passenger to access these machines.
Machine 2 (Placed 7/16) is across the walkway from the News Stand store on the upper level near gate 15, next to the ATM machine and photo booth. Cost to press: 51¢ for each design. Designs all have a beaded border with 'Maui':
1) (H) Volcano with 'Aloha Hawaii'.
2) (V) Wind sail and rider with 'Maui Hawaii'.
3) (V) Breeching whale with 'Maui Hawaii'.
4) (H) Four palm trees on a beach and the sun in the background with 'Maui NO KA OI'.
Machine 3 (Placed 2024) located by the entrance to the 30 gates. Cost to press: 51¢ for each design. Designs all have a beaded border:
1) (V) Hula Dancer with 'Maui, Hawaii Aloha'.
2) (H) Two swimming dolphins with 'Maui, Hawaii'.
3) (H) Two swimming humpback whales with 'Maui, Hawaii'.
4) (H) Surfer riding a curling wave with 'Surf's up Maui, HI'.
Token Machine 1 is in front of the News Stand store on the upper level near gate 15. Cost to press: $5 each design or $10 for 3 designs. Machine accepts $1, $5, $10 bills (no change is given) or credit card for 3 for $10 only. Designs are:
1) Two whales breaching in the ocean and sun rays behind Haleakala in the background with 'Maui'.
2) Shaka hand sign with 'Hang Loose, Mahalo'.
3) Outline of the islands surrounded by two circles and a banner with 'Hawaii Statehood 1959'.
4) Helicopter over the ocean approaching mountains with 'Tour Maui'.
Reverse for all designs: A stylized surfer with 'Maui The Valley Isle Hawaii Surf'.
Token Machine 2 designs:
1) Three flowers behind a leaping dolphin with 'Aloha Maui'.
2) Shaka hand sign with 'Hang Loose Mahalo'.
3) Sun behind a silhouette of a surfer with 'Maui'.
4) Breeching whale with 'Maui'.
