Befco Bakauke Observation Room. An observation room 125m above the ground, on the 31st floor of the Toki Messe building. Boasting one of the highest views of the Sea of Japan, you can enjoy a vast, 360-degree panoramic view of not only Niigata City, but also the Sea of Japan, the island of Sado and the Gozu mountain range.

The machine is on the observatory floor in the hotel. Entry is free.

The machine takes 200 yens for each design..
1) Two cartoon characters with building behind and above,
2) Two cartoon characters with building on right,
3) Two cartoon characters with jats and barrels on right. ,
