Japan Monkey Park is an amusement park with over 30 kinds of rides. It is located near Nagoya city. The machine is located inside the souvenir shop next to the south entrance. Admission is required to access the machine.

There are three designs, costs 200 yen each, and each design has 'Japan Monkey Park' on it. Designs are:
1) mascot with balloons;
2) two mascots;
3) mascot as a magician.
