This is a snack bar and a dining room, as well as a restaurant.
A little bit of history. In 1876, the residence of the deputy director of the Society of Charity's manufacturing company received the "simple accommodation and coffee house" destination. For 140 years, it is in the center of Willemsoord Café de Steen.
Currently, the third generation of the Stroeve family is the scepter. Famous because of Alie's Gehaktbal winner of the Telegraaf Gold Meatball, the best meatball in the Netherlands.
In addition, Eetcafé de Steen has a menu of dishes that refer to the special history of Willemsoord as Colony III of the Society of Charity.
