Historic Sundance

Virginia City was founded in 1859, with the largest silver strike in US history. This building was rebuilt in 1875 after the great fire, which took all but one block. Originally a bookstore, this building also housed the telephone exchange operator. Since that time it has housed the Eilley Orum gift shop for over sixty years and then became the home of Historic Sundance. They sell Firefly Jewelry, Landstroms Black Hills Gold, Ginger Snaps changeable jewelry, Myra Handbags, Anuschka Hand painted leather handbags. Over 89 styles of Minnetonka Moccasins, Adajio Earrings, Cowboy Collectables (horse hair & leather) accessories, pottery and the largest selection of signature Virginia City wearables for children and adults. The mailing address is PO Box 330 Virginia City, Nevada 89440.
