3) Empire State Building (Millennium 2000).
Retired 1: Retired Empire State Building (Millennium 2001), and Empire State Building (Empire State New York).
Retired 2: Retired Empire State Building (Millennium New York), and Empire State Building (September 11, 2001 New York).
Retired 3: Retired World Trade Center (straight bold New York), Statue of Liberty (head), and Empire State Building (Empire State New York).
Machine 1, 2, and 3 seem to be retired. Machine 3 is different from what is there now.
