The Log Cabin Gift Shop is on the same property as the Smokey Bear Museum and Gift Shop. Just outside the exit of the outside walking path.
Hank-cranked 4-die machine.
Designs are:

(v) 'Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires', Smokey with a shovel in the middle

6/21/2025: The machine is still in the gift shop, and still has the issue of coins getting stuck. The shopkeeper did shove the machine to allow the penny to fully drop, as described in the 2024 update.
Also, there is a discrepancy in the name of this gift shop. Google maps list this location as "Smokey Bear Museum Gift Shop," but I do not believe it is affiliated with the museum, which has its own gift shop. My receipt for this location lists the name as "Smokey Bear Emporium."
