8/3/16 First the Travel Plaza in on the Westbound side of traffic there is not one on the Eastbound side. I went in and looked throughout the entire building and even asked staff but could not find the machine anywhere. Beavr81.

Between Exit 34 (Canastota-Oneida-Chittenango) and Exit 34A (Syracuse-Chittenango-Oswego)

The designs were:

2) My Lucky Penny with horseshoe and two shamrocks
3) I Love You
4) The Lord's Prayer
