There is only 1 machine at this location. The girl behind the counter stated that there was always 1 at this located for the last 5 years. The other machine is on Rose Island where you need to take a ferry. Machine is located outside on the sidewalk.
In addition, the House of Scrimshaw also sells foreign coins, colonial coins, and coin jewelry. This is a great spot to check out even if you don't collect elongated coins.

7-19-26 - Was not able to locate machine, was told it is out of order.
8/9/26: still out of order when I visited
9/5/26: Machine outside on the sidewalk and functioning. Costs 51¢ per penny. Design 3 rolling slightly misaligned on copper.
10/26/26: In order and still located on the sidewalk
