These two machines are at about the midway point of Huanhe Road. Huanhe Road is the road that runs along Tamsui River and has lots of shops, arcades, and carnival games. The machines are side by side in front of a tourist shop. Not a far walk from Tamsui mrt station. I found these while walking from Tamsui station to Fort San Domingo.
