The penny can be purchased in the gift shop, which is located on the right side of the visitor center.

There is no machine, penny is for sale on an info card for $1.50 and the token is for sale at the front counter.
Must drive to the visitor center to get into national monument grounds, but as of 5/17/2021, they were not collecting park fees.

Penny depicts Owachomo Natural Bridge, and Owachomo is the photo on the info card.
Small token has 'Bryce Canyon Natural Bridge' on it.
